"Between this and Bourbon you have the perfect pair of intense masculine scents. I would say they are the best two available from Duke Cannon (after having tried most of the others). This has a slightly smooth and silky musky tone that, over the course of the day, begins to really sweeten up into something really quite magical. I have found this (along with Bourbon) to last the longest out of all the solid colognes and I am still vaguely smelling it in the morning 24hrs after applying it! The scent (like most of the Duke Cannon colognes) is somewhat indescribable - very hard to put your finger on it because it is so unique, but has a lasting, authentic and nostalgic scent.
