Directions for Use: Add 200g of Calming Flakes to your bath and fill your tub with warm water.
Don't forget a glass of water, it's important to stay hydrated! Lie back, relax and bathe for a minimum of twenty minutes. Absorb the magnesium transdermally and allow the essential oils to soothe the senses.
