We ship all items within 24 hours and usually on the same day as the order.  If there is any delay we will get in touch with you.

 

United Kingdom.

 

Our preferred shipping partner is Royal Mail, although we will occasionally use other well known delivery companies.

Our standard delivery times are 48 hours (business days).

 

Customers with orders over £25 will benefit from free UK shipping. Orders over £45 will receive free express shipping.

 

Tracking will be provided, you can track your order via the parcel carrier, or our own tracking feature on www.archiesoul.com

 

International Postage.

 

We are happy to post worldwide within 24 hours of receiving the order.  

International tracking will be provided.

We are not responsible for import duties and taxes and you may need to pay them before your parcel is released to you by the border agency in your country.

The maximum weight of any international shipments is 2KG.

 

BREXIT.

 

Look, it's rubbish and has made life a lot more difficult for us as a business and our customers in the EU.  We still post to the EU but you may now be liable for any import charges and tax before your parcel is released.
